Welcome to KPU WordPress. This is your first post. Edit or delete it, then start blogging!

Blog posts are shown in reverse chronological order (newest content appears first). If you would like to have a certain post stick to the top, check “Stick to the top of the blog” when in edit mode.

Once your blog grows, you may have different category of topics, you may then want to categorize each topic using Categories to help keep your blog organized. Learn more about Categories.

Tags could also be used to organize topics. However, they are generally used to identify key ideas from a blog post to make keywords more searchable. Learn more about using tags vs. categories.

Having a featured image attached to a blog post adds value to the blog, as a picture is worth more than a thousand words. Consider adding a featured image once you have created a blog post to represent the post. (Tip: The image usually displays better in landscape.)

Lastly, you want to decide if your blog should be enabled for comments. By default, all blog posts are enabled for comments. Uncheck to disable commenting.

Pingbacks is a special type of comment where if you link to a blog post or a page on your own site. It provides a ping in the form of a comment where the link resides. Learn more about pingbacks & trackbacks.
