Or are you curious about eportfolios, and how you might implement them in your course, program, or professional life? Do you have ideas, big or small, about how eportfolios might align with your course or program outcomes? Are you wary of the technical competencies required for yourself or your students? Do you want to learn more about eportfolio pedagogy and platforms? This Community of Practice is for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Join other educators (eportfolio experts and muddlers) to share ideas and resources, work through challenges, build skills, and connect with PebblePad specialists. A proposed schedule appears below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each session will include a check-in\/introduction (5-15 minutes), approximately 30 minutes of content offered by the facilitator\/s and\/or guest, and approximately 45 minutes for workshopping, small group discussion, and reflection related to the week\u2019s topic. The workshopping and discussion portion of the session will be largely participant-driven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#840029\">Intro to ePortfolios<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facilitator:  Gillian Sudlow<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Workshop Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Curious and want to know more about ePortfolios? Here is your chance! Over the course of 3, 75 minute synchronous sessions you will learn the basics of ePortfolios, including the pedagogy and the tools that support their use for teaching and learning. If you are ready to learn how to share resources directly to your students&#8217; dashboards, use feedback tools to give formative and summative feedback to assess your students&#8217; learning journeys, then this workshop is for you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This online, synchronous course will introduce KPU instructors to the ATLAS side of PebblePad and how it integrates with KPUs LMS, Moodle. ATLAS is the assessment, teaching and learning component of pebblepad and can be applied in formative and summative assessments while also allowing KPU instructors to support students with self-reflection, peer review, and guidance using various pre-built and custom templates, rubrics, and grades.
