Students create a usability analysis report and share this with the class and the organization.

Work-integrated Learning Project
Based on an actual problem or challenge at their workplace, students choose a specific issue to explore. This may be a safety or efficiency issue, or related to work culture and worker engagement. Students then interview the manager, and gather other information and feedback. At this point, they then work on their proposal for finding a solution, develop tangible ideas that can be implemented, and present this to the class and the organization.
