Join us for a dynamic workshop designed to help faculty members develop comprehensive teaching portfolios. Learn how to effectively showcase your teaching philosophy, evidence of teaching effectiveness, innovative practices, and professional development experiences. Gain insights on organizing and presenting materials for tenure reviews, job applications, and professional growth. Through interactive discussions and practical tips, participants will leave with the tools and confidence to create compelling teaching portfolios that reflect their unique strengths and contributions to the field of education.

Through engaging in the activities and content of this workshop, you have the opportunity to

1. Articulate their teaching philosophy and demonstrate how it informs their instructional practices, thereby enhancing their ability to effectively communicate their teaching approach in their teaching portfolios.

2. Acquire strategies for selecting and organizing evidence of teaching effectiveness, professional development activities, and innovative teaching practices, empowering them to construct well-structured and compelling teaching portfolios.

3. Develop a deeper understanding of the role of reflection in teaching practice and portfolio development, enabling them to engage in reflective practices that enhance their teaching effectiveness and professional growth.
