Maximizing Moodle Gradebook

The Gradebook workshop is an engaging and interactive session that aims to support faculty members in ensuring assessments are aligned with their course’s learning outcomes. Gradebook features are often underutilized leaving faculty to manually calculate and/or weight assignments to get final grades. Throughout the workshop, participants will learn how to effectively set up the Moodle gradebook to reflect these assessments.
Through engaging in the activities and content of this workshop, you have the opportunity to
1. Ensure the alignment between learning outcomes, assessments, & learning activities for student learning.
2. Breakdown the assessments weights and types from the official course outline into weekly assessments.
3. Design and implement a Moodle gradebook to support course assessments.
