This workshop is intended to provide some strategies around designing assignment <\/span>rub<\/span>ri<\/span>c<\/span>s<\/span> to account for Generative Artificial Intelligence (<\/span>GenAI<\/span>). <\/span>We\u2019ll<\/span> discuss full integration, allowing students to use AI throughout their work, and partial integration, whe<\/span>re<\/span> AI is used for specific assignment components. <\/span>We\u2019ll<\/span> also cover mitigation strategies to <\/span>pri<\/span>v<\/span>ilege student-generated content. Participants will gain <\/span>ins<\/span>ights into <\/span>GenAI\u2019s<\/span> capabilities and limitations, helping them design <\/span>rub<\/span>ri<\/span>c<\/span>s<\/span> that align with their approach to <\/span>GenAI<\/span> usage. The workshop will provide language suggestions and examples for developing <\/span>rub<\/span>ri<\/span>c<\/span> criteria and performance indicators.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
