Practice What You Have Learned
Now that you’ve been well introduced to the process of writing a reflection, it’s time to practice what you’ve learned by reviewing some reflective writing.

As a review, a strong personal reflection should include the following:
1) Description
A description of the experience or event, focusing on the key details.
3) Evaluation
Evaluation of what was positive and negative about the experience, considering its personal impact.
2) Feelings
Exploration of the feelings and thoughts during the experience, being honest about emotional reactions.
4) Analysis
Analysis of the situation to understand why things happened the way they did and what was learned.
5) Conclusion
Discussion of what could have been done differently and how the experience influences future actions
6) Action Plan
Create an action plan that outlines how to apply the insights gained from the reflection to similar situations in the future.
